Markhoweflowers.com is a site owned and operated by Mark Howe Flowers Limited trading as Mark Howe Flowers & Co (we). We are registered in The States of Jersey – registered number 79702. Our registered office is First Island House Peter Street St Helier Jersey JE4 8SG.
Our main trading address is 4, West’s Centre, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE2 4ST.

Ordering Online

You will be guided through the Order Form and will be required to provide us with your personal details, the recipient’s details and all necessary payment details.
After placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation with a transaction ID and confirming the value of your order, which will have been debited from your credit or debit card.

We will contact you by email or telephone should we have any queries relating to your order.

Delivery

Goods are delivered by our own in-house drivers, which means that the flowers can be left on the property if appropriate (on the step/in the porch or garage etc) or with a neighbour, if there is no-one home to accept delivery. If there is an alternative area to safely leave the flowers, please specify this when prompted to do so in the ‘delivery details’ box in the checkout area of our site. If you do not want the flowers to be left if no-one is home, please specify this. The flowers will be returned to the shop and the driver will leave a calling card asking the recipient to call to rearrange delivery.
On being notified by the recipient, we will make one further attempt to deliver the flowers. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the flowers will be returned to the shop and we will leave a further card instructing the recipient how they can collect them from us in St Helier. We will not reattempt delivery after two failed attempts unless a further delivery charge of £7.50 is paid in full by the sender or recipient.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect or incomplete house names, addresses or postcodes leading to delayed or incorrect deliveries.

Owing to our island location, occasionally our deliveries of fresh flowers from London are delayed due to poor weather at sea. We accept no responsibility for our operations and deliveries being delayed owing to such circumstances, although in the spirit of excellent customer service for which we strive, we will always endeavor to overcome such events and compensate for such events entirely at our discretion.

Returns policy

We endeavour to dispatch all of our flower in perfect condition and we hope that you are delighted with your purchases from Mark Howe Flower & Co. Owing to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers, once delivery has been made we are unable to offer an exchange or refund other than in the unlikely event that you should be unhappy with the condition or quality of any fresh flower or planted product. In this instance, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the product or offer a credit note at our discretion.

We reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage to the value of the order placed if we do not have the exact components of the product as depicted on markhoweflowers.com
All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute an appropriate product of equivalent value and quality without notice, however if this is necessary we will endeavour to notify the purchaser where possible.

 

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or amend your order, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone on +44 (0)1534 618920, preferably 24 hours before the delivery date. We can then process the cancellation or amendment of your order. We will issue a credit note.  If your order has been delivered or made up you may be fully charged.
